Welcome to the Verdurai official website (verdurai.com, hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "Verdurai"). These Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") and Verdurai regarding your access to the official website, purchase of accessories, and use of related services. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing the official website, registering an account, or placing an order. Once you complete account registration, submit an order, or make a payment, you will be deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all of these Terms and to be bound by them.

Account Registration and Use
You must be at least 18 years of age (minors must be accompanied by a guardian to use a guardian account). You must provide true, accurate, and complete information (such as mobile phone number and email address) when registering and ensure that this information is updated promptly. You are solely responsible for any order delays, account security risks (such as failure to receive a verification code), or other issues caused by inaccurate, missing, or unupdated information. You must strictly keep your account password, SMS verification code, and other authentication information confidential. You may not lend, rent, sell, or allow others to use your account on your behalf. Verdurai assumes no direct responsibility for account theft, order tampering, or financial loss caused by your improper handling (e.g., password leakage). However, we will assist you in freezing your account, retrieving your password, or verifying your order through our customer service email (service@verdurai.com).
Order Registration and Confirmation
After you select a product and submit your order on the official website, a temporary order number will be generated. At this point, the order is in the "pending payment" status. After payment is completed, we will review the order within 24 hours (e.g., confirming inventory availability, valid shipping address, and complete customization information). Upon successful review, we will send an "order confirmation email" to your registered email address, officially confirming the order. If your order is rejected (e.g., the selected jewelry is out of stock, your customization request cannot be fulfilled, or the delivery address is out of our delivery range), we will notify you within 12 hours via email or SMS and refund the full amount paid (refund processing time is subject to the payment platform or bank's regulations, generally 1-7 business days).
After confirming your order, you can only request to change the delivery address before the courier picks up the item (you must contact customer service). To modify the jewelry style, material, size, or customization details, you must first cancel the original order (unshipped orders can be canceled), place a new order, and confirm the new information. Modifying core information for shipped orders is not supported. Intellectual Property and Website Usage Restrictions
Ownership of Intellectual Property
All content on the Verdurai official website (such as jewelry designs, product photos, text descriptions, logos, page layouts, and promotional videos) is protected by intellectual property laws such as the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China, and is owned by Verdurai or the relevant rights holders. Without Verdurai's written permission, you may not reproduce, disseminate, modify, commercially exploit, or authorize others to use the content. Failure to do so will result in liability for infringement (including but not limited to compensation for economic losses).
Verdurai's jewelry designs and appearance patents are registered or patented. Unauthorized counterfeiting or plagiarism of jewelry designs will result in legal prosecution.

Changes to Terms and Termination

Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms based on legal updates, service feature upgrades (such as new customization services and membership systems), or adjustments to our jewelry product categories. Modified Terms will be prominently posted on the homepage of the official website and marked with the "Updated Date." Your continued use of Verdurai services constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms. If you disagree, you may discontinue use of the services and cancel your account. Termination of Terms
If you seriously violate these Terms (such as misusing another person's account, maliciously defaming the brand, or infringing intellectual property rights), Verdurai reserves the right to terminate its services without liability. After termination, you will still be subject to the intellectual property and liability limitations set forth in these Terms.
