REFUND Policy
If you're not satisfied with the design, size, or style of your jewelry after receiving it, you can request a full refund within 7 days of delivery. If the jewelry exhibits any of the following quality issues, you can request a full refund within 15 days of delivery (not subject to the 7-day time limit). Clear proof of the problem (photos/videos) is required. Order Cancellation Refunds: If your order hasn't shipped, you can cancel at any time and receive a refund within 1-3 business days. For items already shipped, we'll return them to our warehouse after they've been inspected and verified.
Submit a refund request through "My Orders" on our official website, or email customer service (service@verdurai.com) with your order number, reason for refund, and proof of the problem (such as photos of the jewelry defect or shipping number). Customer service will respond within 24 hours.
